what's taurine?
Taurine is a sulfur-containing amino acid in animals, but it is not a protein component, also known as bovine choline or bovine bilirubin. It is widely distributed in various tissues and organs in living organisms, and is mainly present in the interstitial fluid and intracellular fluid in a free state, and is named because it is first separated from bovine bile.
Although taurine is not an amino acid constituting protein, it is widely distributed and is an essential amino acid for human growth and development.
