AK sweetener sweetener is white crystalloid. The melting point is 255ºC, can be easily dissolved in water and most organic solvent. It can be distributed equably in foods, drinks & oral cavity hygiene products, etc.
While in foods production, AK sweetener never be decomposed easily when stored in different temperature & period. Even if dry AK sweetener is kept in high temperature, ie. 100ºC within 24 hours, its character has no changes.
Acesulfame-K has been approved to use in foods by above 40 countries or regions, ie, USA, Canada, Germany, UK, France, Holand, Switzerland, Belgium, Danmark and many Asian countries including China, Japan, etc Acesulfame-K also is approved by FAO ,WHO, JECFA, FDA, etc.
