Brief Information: L-Ascorbate-2-phosphate is the stablest vitamin C additive in feed line nowadays.
The enol from hydroxy in ascorbic acid be phosphated and the reduce active function be out of L-ascorbate-2-phosphate, which essentially solves the problem of anti-oxidation of VC, decreasing the bad effects of physical and chemical factor such as heat, moist, acid etc.
There is little loss of vitamin c during the production of various feedstuff and premix. The product can be hydrolyzed by phosphatase in the alimentary canal, the vitamin C be fully absorbed.
The large scale aquatic and livestock raising experiments show the product has obvious effects in enhancing survival and weight-increaseing rates.
