l-carnosine, is a dipeptide composed of two amino acids, beta-alanine and l-histidine, which is a crystalline solid.Muscle and brain tissue contain high levels of the peptide.Muscle peptide is a kind of carnitine, which is found in the study, which shows that the muscle peptide has a strong antioxidant capacity and is beneficial to the human body.The peptide has been shown to remove reactive oxygen free radicals (ROS), which are formed by excessive oxidation of fatty acids in cell membranes during oxidative stress, and alpha-beta unsaturated aldehydes.
