The chemical name of L- calcium ascorbate is 2,3,4,6 - four hydroxy-2 - has-v-lactone acid salt

2.Main Feature:
Calcium ascorbate is white to light yellow crystalline powder, odorless, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in ether.
The pH of 10% aqueous solution is 6.8 to 7.4.

antioxidants, nutritional additives, preservatives
