Vitis viridis, a Chinese medicine name, is a dry, mature fruit of a single leaf of viburnum or viburnum. Deciduous shrubs, rarely small trees, 1.5-5 meters high, scented; branchlets quadrangular, densely pilose. Flowering in July, fruiting from September to November. It has strong adaptability and has no strict requirements on environmental conditions. However, it is warm and humid, and the soil is better with loose and fertile sandy loam. Resistant to saline and alkali, poor growth on acid soil. The single-leaf viburnum grows on beaches and lakesides, and is also cultivated.
